Our service Assure is the market-leading quality testing solution for international phone calls, used by mobile operators worldwide. Assure is based on a global test network which runs on a Linux and Android platform, with 5G/LTE/WCDMA/GSM support in over 500 mobile networks around the world.
What you'll do
You will report to Test Manager to contribute towards ensuring excellent test network performance and you will train the rest of the team to increase knowledge.
You will be the key person for general analysis and troubleshooting of the CSG Assure Test Network.
You will drive long-term technical improvements with the R&D team and suppliers.
You will act as a technical lead in customer projects and support cases.
You will manage test network hardware.
You should have

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in English in a business environment.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Good IP networking knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, and including but not limited to Subnetting, DNS, NAT, DHCP.
Experience in working with Linux and write simple scripts, for example in Bash, Python, and Lua.
Experience in mobile technologies, such as 2G/3G/4G/5G, with good understanding of the mobile call flow.
Knowledge in SQL.
We require a weekly presence in our office which is located at Södermalm in Stockholm.
