Looking for 8 Plus Years Expereince candidate for telecom Application server deployement

Skills required :

Knowledge of VoIP , SIP , IMS and VoLTE deployment and Testing
Tools Knowledge : CBAM, OPENSTACK,SIPP,Linphone
Protocol Knowledge : SIP , REST API

Who is willing to take responsibility for END to END testing and deployment
Able to write test cases for the call application servers.
Maintaining the test result and preparing test reports.
Maintaining and running a regression to meet project requirements
