Telecom Experts for new product introduction

We are looking for telecom experts for NPI (new product introduction).Responsibilities Through review and assessment of the company NPI business, find out the opportunities of improvement, help to set up and optimize company NPI flow, standards, checklists and performance indexes.1.Review company current NPI business, output assessment report and improvement recommendations for appointed typical products NPI process: 1)One wireless product 2)One access product 3)One core network product 4)One router product.2.Review and assess company NPI flow, standards, checklists and performance index, help to optimize them.To ensure new product can be introduced to mass production, to ensure quality, reliability, cost and efficient momentums be fully evaluated, especially meeting the requirements of global supply.3．Get involved in a real NPI case, tutoring and coaching during the practice.Qualifications Required 1.Enough experienced in NPI management in leading telecom company.2.Enough knowledge in telecom product.3.Good capabilities in communication, comprehension, and teamwork.
