Would you like to work in a Stockholm based team consisting of some of the best hardware engineers in the telecommunication domain?
If you are a fiber optics specialist this could be a great fit for you. You will participate in developing a new challenging product from requirements to a finished product in a multinational project.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Fiber optics specialist
- You should have a track record of designing high-speed electronics and low power solutions
- Conduct tech studies to evaluate critical components and vendors
- Conduct pre-studies to minimize risk
- Previous experience of Concept HDL, Cadence or OrCad
- Create block-diagrams, Schematics and PCB Design
- Worked with ASIC, FPGA and SoCs
- Knowledge of network protocols, Ethernet, OTN, Fiber Channel or CPRI is an advantage
- Worked with mechanical engineers, familiar with the workflow.
- Familiar with production tests of PCBAs, test fixtures/jigs and FCT
- System integration (PCBA mechanical and thermal design considerations)
Education & Experience Necessary For Success
- Master’s degree or equivalent education in electrical engineering
- Fluent in English
- Experience (5 - 10 years) in hardware development (embedded systems)
