Arbetsbeskrivning
· Responsible for developing sales strategy, hunting new Logos and growing our telecom business with complete accountability of P/L
· Own and drive the pursuit lifecycle, by identifying and qualifying opportunities, responding to RFP's, present solutions, lead negotiations as well as managing customer engagements by liaising with C-Level executives.
· Proactively drive, develop and convert the pipeline in line with the Revenue and Order Booking objectives.
· Maintain excellent hygiene across all sales activities in Salesforce and prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting.
· Ensure that we build mindshare with our customers and partners by showcasing the best of Virtusa through exec briefings, business reviews and thought-leadership sessions.
· Lead and guide the Solutioning and Architecture teams to bring a client-first focus and ensure that the defined business outcomes are met.
· Leverage and enhance partner relationships to drive additional value and revenue
· Provide feedback to the regional leadership based on interactions with clients, prospects, and other market players, to constantly evaluate our offerings and solutions and make them market relevant
· Flexible to travel as required
