Telenor Trainee Program

Telenor Trainee Program is an exciting opportunity within Telenor Sweden, offering a unique opportunity to combine strategic initiatives, theoretical learnings, and practical experience. We offer you an exciting year within a fast-paced environment in which your personal development is front and center. By combining your daily work with trainings in relevant subjects, you will build a solid foundation to succeed within Telenor as well as grow as a professional.

During the program, you will have the opportunity to build a strong network throughout the organization, as well as become a member of Telenor Sweden's community for trainees. For the right person, the trainee program will open great opportunities within Telenor Group.

Tech Trainee

Our Tech Trainee Area consists of four roles and is focusing on the IT and Networks divisions within Telenor Sweden. Our Tech Trainees are here to meet the needs and challenges of today, tomorrow and in the future from a technical perspective as well as from a management perspective.

Consumer IT Trainee (Stockholm)
Consumer IT is a part of our IT Division, accountable to execute on our IT Strategy of Telenor Sweden. In this role, you will be a part of creating dynamic and scalable solutions for our Webb, App, Customer Service, Sales Channels and Outbound Tele Sales.  You will play an important role in how we reach our consumer customers and be involved in several projects that has a big impact on our business and you’ll also obtain a high understanding on how digital product development is accomplished within agile product teams.

Information Security Trainee (Stockholm or Karlskrona)

Our Information security team works with the aim to protect Telenor Sweden's information. You will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with specialists and gain invaluable insights within information security management, defensive- as well as offensive security. You will be part of the Infosec team that works closely with all divisions in Telenor Sweden.

Quality Assurance Trainee (Stockholm)

As QA Trainee at Telenor, you will deepen your knowledge within the field of Quality and Assurance. Our QA team works with the aim to ensure that our IT delivery’s keep the quality that is required from us and our customers. You will be involved in projects, from a strategic perspective as well as operational perspective. Furthermore, you will work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders and chapter leads in QA function.

Developer Trainee (Karlskrona)

B2B IT is responsible for our systems within our business-to-business area. In this role, you will have the possibility to work with different teams with the aim to gather deep insights from our IT division. You will work with teams supporting area such as Web, Business Support Systems and Operations Support Systems.

* Maximum two years of work experience (after graduation)
* Degree in IT, Management, Engineering or equivalent
