Teleperformance are looking for a Agency Development Manager for Google AdWords in Copenhagen
Work description
As a member of the Google Team at Teleperformance, you will be working on a portfolio of local market marketing agencies, supporting them to acquire new advertisers for Google AdWords. You will be responsible for your own portfolio, advising on their clients' Google AdWords campaigns, and ensuring that customer expectations are met. You will become a specialist advisor for Nordic companies in relation to their online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team increasing the Google AdWords customer base across the region. You will be part of Scandinavia's largest Google AdWords team who create unique customer experiences while actively enhancing the Nordic online marketing environment.
As an Agency Development Manager
- You are responsible for acquiring new Google AdWords customers by reaching out to agencies and helping them close deals at the appropriate budget. Furthermore you will be responsible for growing and developing those agencies' AdWords business on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- You must understand the agencies' requirements and objectives, and match your solutions.
- You will develop sales strategies and pitches aimed at optimizing the market potential and improving customer sales and profit margins.
- You will be creating and optimizing advertising campaigns for customers.
- You will be managing a large portfolio of agencies of different sizes and needs.
How are you?
We expect
- Experience of working within the local marketing landscape would be an advantage, as would previous experience of working with Google AdWords
- Able to think creatively, have a good understanding of your clients' needs and a solid business sense,
- Accustomed to chasing individual goals and take responsibility for achieving these,
- Possess a numeric and logical/analytical way of thinking,
- Strong communication skills and ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions over the phone,
- Passionate about sales, technology and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop,
- Extremely proactive, organized, responsible and work well within a team,
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken),
- Have phone based sales experience
