The Geely Business Center is a competence center of the Geely Sweden Holdings group- and provides specialist competences and shared services for the companies in the holding group.

Job description:

The mission of the Telephony Area Owner is to lead and maintain GBC telephone area in the best possible way. To prioritize all activities in the backlog for the area for customers and GBC as well. Engage with end users to ensure the best solution and products for all customers.

The Telephony Area Owner is to take responsibility for the lifecycle management for the products and to understand the future needs, decides new development and ensure best utilization of the product area. The Product owner will also have the responsibility of managing requirements regarding end user-, business- and IT. 

Responsibilities and tasks:

The Product Owner is responsible for managing direct interaction with end users and business stakeholder(s) regarding solution requirements, including both one time and runtime deliveries in application management context. Being the driver of migration projects to help the business

The Product Owner mainly interfaces with the business solution key users, support, and operation team. The job requires excellent solution understanding and technical skills, combined with related process knowledge, solution dependencies and interfaces. The product owner must have a good understanding of the continuously changing area therefor a good cooperation with the different suppliers is a must.

As Product Owner you will work with:

- Be the Single Point of contact for above business units and suppliers
- Document applications and systems
- Evaluate new requests
- Responsible for roadmap of the products
- Create SOP (Standard Operations Procedure) for Service Desk if needed
- Drive projects and assignment within the portfolio
- Be the bridge between business and suppliers
- Communicate changes to business
- Technical knowledge and skills in all plattforms, primarily Intune and switchboard systems


Requirements:

To succeed in this role we want you have University degree in IT or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience. Furthermore you need 3-5 years’ experience of similar environments based on Intune and switchboards.

Other skills and experiences that are required:

- Good technical and analytical skills
- Product cost control and documentation
- Ability to pay high attention to small details and quality mind set
- Good problem solving and follow-up skills
- Good oral and writing communication skills in English

You have to have strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative. It's also equivalent to have an eye for customer ervice and a "can do"-attitude.
