Temporary Business Navigator

Since our Business Navigator will go on paternity leave we are looking for a full time temporary replacement within Business Navigation. For the right person this can be the start of a long journey within IKEA. The position will start immediately and end in August 2015. Your tasks include working with both customer- and store distribution, mainly towards the site in Torsvik. You will be a part of a team of four persons and report to the Business Navigation Team Leader for IKEA Svenska AB. The position is located in Torsvik.

Assignment
Your main tasks will be to work with cost forecasting, and costs- and KPI follow-ups. In the role as Business Navigator you are expected to support the business with goal setting and to continuously communicate and challenge the operation to contribute to an increased cost consciousness. You will also produce and analyze information that will support strategic decisions for the business.

Is this the right challenge for you?
You need to have good analytic skills and be able to work independently as well as in teams. We are looking for someone with a university degree within economics or logistics, or equivalent work experience. You need to have good skills in the English language. It is also important that you are a good communicator with a willingness to initiate and suggest change, and that you dare to challenge our managers with your ideas.
