In order to maintain our high standards we are now looking for a motivated manager who can lead CLC1(Configurations and Logistics Center) in Lund as temporary CLC1 Manager until 2017-08-01

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As CLC1 Manager you will have two major responsibilities;

Personnel management ; motivating your staff, enable personnel development and manage individuals as well as the whole team by setting and achieving challenging goals in line with Axis overall objectives. Drive team efficiency, planning resources, recruit and setting salaries. Balance resources and keep high service ; Make sure that CLC1 have resourses to serve customer orders so we keep a high performance and is able to ship products in expected lead time all over the globe. The position is based in Lund and involves traveling, 5-10 days/year.
You will report to the Director Order - Fulfillment

Furthermore, we believe you have the following qualifications:

Exceptional organizational and management skills At least 3 year of proven management experience Driven as person and work hard against our KPI Motivate the team to reach our goals At least 3 years of experience of working in an ERP-system and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
THE TEAM
The CLC1 team consists of 35-40 people based in Lund in different areas, Warehousing, production, shipping and transport booking. There is also functions for order planning, technician and team leaders.

We also have CLC in 5 other places, Budapest, Prague, Atlanta, Memphis and Suzhou.
