For our Brand team, we are looking for a temporary
Head of Brand and Marketing Ops

And this also needs to be reflected in our brand and in activities carried out across the company. This is the responsibility of the Head of Brand and Marketing Ops; you lead the Brand team as well as the Marketing team supporting every function at Lynk & Co.
In this role, you’ll play a critical role in crafting, defining, and refining the brand experience - the wow - for all our customers. You’ll protect our brand in our key markets, as well as help it grow and develop along the way.
You communicate our brand strategies, tone of voice, and mission and establish the strategies and activities that will directly and positively impact the growth of Lynk & Co. You won’t be doing this alone. We have an organization of talented marketers and a lot of creative support.
You can be based in Gothenburg or Amsterdam, reporting to our Head of Communication based in Amsterdam.
This a temporary role between January 2022 and June 2023.
What you'll do
- Educating and giving feedback to other departments
- Review customer and employee-facing communication and activations to offer guidance, feedback and input.
- Being part of creative processes, and productions and making sure it aligns with brand strategy and guidelines.
- Liaise with stakeholders and encourage them to embrace new and exciting ideas
- Collaborate with creative partners (in-house and external) to conceptualize and create innovative, effective, and on-brand messaging across channels and platforms
What you bring
- Brand management experience -preferably a background with a mix of B2C and B2B clients - and experience in leading teams
- An obsession with communication and a global approach to creative development, with consideration for content and concepts that works across markets, channels, cultures, and audiences
- An understanding of the role of events and partnerships; event execution experience is a must
- Experience with a start-up or in an innovative industry or company - preferably across several EU countries
- Understanding of branding and the ability to absorb and apply brand values across all work
- The ability to work cross-functionally and act in a supportive role for many different departments
To succeed in the role, you need awareness of trends in culture, in particular the digital space. You take risks and experiment with new and unique brand experiences while also trusting the basics and reviewing the data.
