We are looking for a dedicated person to work as an hourly temporary Operations Assistant at the International Doping Tests & Management (IDTM) headquarters office in Lidingö, Sweden.
Operations Assistant Overview
As Operations Assistant you would be part of the Operations Department and play an integral part in delivering the department?s objectives. Your role is critical to the core production process, and as such you are expected to provide effective and efficient support across a broad range of activities. The Operations Assistant will be accountable for the completion of operational support tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
You will work closely with and report to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry
Administer the incoming and outgoing paperwork and liaise with the Operations Manager and Key Account Managers to ensure organization of paperwork is maintained at all times.
Enter paperwork into both internal and external data management systems
Coordinate Courier Shipments
Organize courier shipments based on incoming material requests from Doping Control Officers located all over the world.
Communicate with Doping Control Officers in relevant matters regarding shipments and materials
General Administration
Handle phone calls, post and emails, purchase stationery.
Required Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
High level of accuracy in data entry.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail is essential.
Ability to work under pressure and keep deadlines.
Contract Type and Hours
This position is an hourly temporary employment. We anticipate the Operations Assistant to work on average 30-40 hours per week for six months, possibly until the end of the year; therefore it is essential that you have a flexible schedule.
