The Embassy of the Argentine Republic in Sweden is looking a temporary
Secretary and Consular Assistant
Secretary Job description:
To efficiently manage the Ambassador's office.
. Coordinating and supervising the Ambassador's agenda (meetings, travels, visits, etc.)
. Managing the Ambassador's correspondence
. Writing verbal notes, memos, letters, reports, etc.
. Maintaining of Ambassador's professional contacts databases
. Arranging logistics for travel and events
. Supporting with the organization of events and public diplomacy activities of the Embassy
. Act as focal point with the local Protocol Department and for protocol formalities
. Overseeing the Embassy's social networks accounts and posts
. Handling all incoming and outgoing calls of the Ambassador's Office
. Supporting the Deputy Head of Mission, especially when the Ambassador is away
. Aiding during meetings with refreshments and note taking
Consular job description:
. Handel IDs, Passports, applications and any other kind of form related civic
services and assist the team with the processing of the documents.
. Provide general information related travelling, studying and working in
Argentina, via phone and email.
Requirements:
. Fluency in Spanish (must) Swedish (must) English (must).
. Valid Swedish residency and/or citizenship.
. Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
. Handling of confidential information
. Basic use of Photoshop and Illustrator
. Good communication skills
. Multi-tasking
