The Embassy of the Argentine Republic in Sweden is looking for a temporary Secretary and Consular Assistant

Qualifications
Secretary Job description:
-To efficiently manage the Ambassador's office.
-Coordinating and supervising the Ambassador's agenda (meetings, travels, visits, etc.).
-Managing the Ambassador's correspondence.
-Writing verbal notes, memos, letters, reports, etc..
-Maintaining of Ambassador's professional contacts databases.
-Arranging logistics for travel and events.
-Supporting with the organization of events and public diplomacy activities of the Embassy.
-Act as focal point with the local Protocol Department and for protocol formalities.
-Overseeing the Embassy's social networks accounts and posts.
-Handling all incoming and outgoing calls from the Ambassador's Office.
-Supporting the Deputy Head of Mission, especially when the Ambassador is away.
Aiding during meetings with refreshments and note taking
Consular job description:
-Handle IDs, Passports, applications and any other kind of form related civic services and assist the team with the processing of the documents.
-Provide general information related traveling, studying and working in Argentina, via phone and email.
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish (must) Swedish (must) English (must).
Valid Swedish residency and / or citizenship.
Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Handling of confidential information.
Good communication skills.
Multi-tasking
