Tenant coordinator till Westfields köpcentrum

We're looking for a talented individual to join our Construction team as the Tenant Coordinator across three of our shopping centres, Westfield Täby Centrum, Westfiled mall of Scandinavia, Nacka Forum. The role will be placed in Westfield Mall of Scandinavia. This is your chance to take on a pivotal role in a vibrant and fast-paced environment, where you'll be at the front of Tenant Relationships. What you will be doing…
You are the primary point of contact for the tenant, advise them and ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction;


You guide them through the process from contract signing to the opening of the unit;


You ensure that tenants meet strict requirements in terms of design, sustainability, and building safety;


You test tenants' wishes for technical feasibility and translate these into construction costs;


You are ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of the unit to the tenant;


You have frequent contact with colleagues from other departments where you report on the progress of the work and advise on a technical level during lease negotiations.

 
What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction or design or related experience.


Experience in project management.


Experience in managing construction processes.


Strong negotiation skills.


Are skilled in building relationships and have a solution-oriented attitude.


Team player.


Financial and analytical skills.


Are driven and responsible and take that responsibility.


You are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and verbal.
