You thrive in a role where you will administer and coordinate the Swedish company's internal tender activities, in which you'll mainly communicate in German and English.

We are now looking for a Tender Administrator for the sales department located in Stockholm. You will work for a large company with over 300.000 employees, and in addition you'll also be part of a small team of four people. Your colleagues in the team are mainly focused on sales and in your role, you will work together with them as well as you work more “behind the scenes” in direct contact with the factories and other internal departments mainly located at the HQ in Germany.

Daimler is a large and well-known company with a clearly set structure. In your team, the work will be more "hands on" and the culture is characterized by you supporting each other - being a real team player is of high importance.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
In your role as Tender Administrator, you will largely work with collecting, compiling and administering information from the company's internal departments. You will have a coordinating role, giving you an overall picture and overview of the company's tenders and customer deliveries. We therefore see that you are comfortable in a role where you ask for and follow up with colleagues to get information needed to deliver on time. As handling and compiling a complex amount of information will be part of your daily tasks, we also see that you are a person who likes being structured and analytical in your approach. Furthermore, you are a problem solver who likes to work towards deadlines.

As a Tender Administrator, you will have various tasks where you will work both independently and in co-responsibility with your colleagues.

Main tasks


* Project management - where you handle quotation calculation, certification flow, ordering, production monitoring, customs handling, registration application with the Swedish Transport Agency, organization of delivery and invoicing
* Tender work - where you monitor tender publications, collect information from various departments to be able to submit tenders on time, handle internal communication and ensure complete documentation before submission to customers

* Act as office support

As EvoBus Sverige AB is a subsidiary of Daimler AG, communication within the company will largely be conducted in German and English. For this reason, we therefore see that you meet the following requirement:


* Are able to communicate fluently in German and English in both speech and writing


We also believe that you have some experience from tender work, are used to working in software's such as MS Office and that you are communicative - this to be able to convene, drive in and follow up projects.

* Extent: Full-time, office hours with flex
* This is a permanent employment that begins with a probationary period of 6 months
* Location: Stockholm, on site. Opportunity to work digitally, but the work presupposes that you can mainly be on site.
