Your mission?
As a Tender Leader, you will lead and manage the Tender from appointment up to Tender Transfer Meeting and assure wining the Contract including clear strategy definition, tender preparation, approval process and successful negotiation.

You are result and data driven and enjoy working in network. You are comfortable in an international and multi-cultural environment and you take pride in your communication and reporting capabilities.
Your key responsibilities?
Primary contact with the Customer
Develop the Tender strategy together with Customer Director and other key stakeholders
Organize the Tender team and planning
Manage the preparation activities, focus on customer evaluation criteria
Contribute to the QCD definition of the offered solution; issue with the Bid Manager the Instructions for Quotation.
Manage the proposal preparation
Prepare and obtain Tender approval
Deliver the proposal to the Customer
Propose the Negotiation Strategy and obtain approval
Negotiate (with the assistance of the Customer Director and Bid Manager)
Manage the Transfer to the Project Manager
Contribute to the REX through the Win/Loss Analysis
Minimum qualifications:
Engineering degree and/or Business School
Minimum 5 years of experience in industry
English and Swedish business fluent
Ideally:
You have experience in rail or related industries
