We seek a Tender Manager / Team Leader with a customer centric mindset. In this role you will lead and drive a team which is both responsible and accountable for providing technical support, quotations and project deployment for our Secure Power & Data Centre solutions customers. You will be responsible of coordinating solution engineering, bid strategy and project management. Your team supports the zone’s sales teams with complex customer requirements and offers solutions which add value for the customer.
Your responsibilities:
• Ensure the team has the correct level of experience to deliver a great customer experience.
• Participate in management’s evaluation of potential bidding projects.
• Planning, budgeting and risk assessment of tender projects, followed by implementation.
• Collect information from colleagues and suppliers, e.g. technical data, process and schedules.
• Create procurement documents for subcontractors and evaluate incoming tenders.
• Lead and quality assure projects and ensure that they follow our defined process.
• Manage complex bidding projects but also handle smaller and faster bids.
• Collaborate effectively with all the stakeholders in the organization.
You will report to VP of Data Centre Applications and your team is part of Schneider Electric's European expert organization, which works with all major players in the market.
About you
• You have a master’s in science degree or similar.
• Strong experience in tender management.
• Ability to collaborate in an international setting and fluency in English & Swedish.
To succeed in this role, you need excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers. You have a strong ability to influence and convince and motivation to deliver first rate customer service. You have strong interest in leadership and ability to coach your team to deliver results. You perform well under pressure and are used to navigating conflict situations. Most of all you have enthusiasm and drive to succeed in everything you do.
