Join us as an Tender Procurement Manager and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Your mission
As a Tender Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for all procurement related activities in the tender phase. You will handle the preparation of tenders and make sure the procurement budget fits the customers needs, implement and update the sourcing strategy together with your team.

You are sociable, flexible and good with building and maintaining relationships. Not just with your suppliers, but with your co-workers, stakeholders and others you come into contact with through the course of your work. You are a team-player but you can also be self-driven and make your own decisions.
Your key responsibilities
Build robust and competitive tender procurement cost, scope and schedule commitment.
Ensure tenders are anticipated and prepared with robust product reference cost management.
Ensure procurement competitiveness improvement plans are consistent.
Lead pre-tendering activities and update the costs in the relevant economic baseline.
Define tender procurement strategy.
Challenge tender requirements when needed (promote standardization or optimum technology).
Lead commitment reviews for commodities.
Consolidate the sourcing commitment in tender phase and the preliminary supplier list.
Propose committed savings.
Propose a risk register, including mitigation plan (“RAMP” = Risk Assessment & Mitigation Plan)
Lead competitiveness reviews involving the management.
Assess the opportunity and risk related to early agreements with suppliers (“Pre-Bid agreement”)
Minimum qualifications:
Studies in purchasing or equivalent (engineering, project management..)
Medium work experience (Project Management, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality)
