Digital Power Tendering Manager for Energy Automation Systems

What we are looking for
We are seeking for a passionate and skilled Tendering Manager, who will be responsible for coordinating solution engineering, bid strategy and project management to deliver strong bids on strategic projects. You will be part of a team that supports the sales teams with complex customer requirements and offers solutions to the markets for data centers and hospitals among others.
You will ensure that our solutions live up to not only the request for quotations (RFQ-s) but also the expectations of different stakeholders and be the driver of approval processes.
Location in Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our offered solutions are technically and financially optimized and that there is a buy-in from all involved parties to be able to deliver in high quality on time and according to customer expectations. You should be a team player and a good communicator. You will ensure best practices are followed while being responsive in a dynamic and iterative Agile development setting.”
Responsibilities
• Analysis of complex requests for quotations (RFQs) and elaboration of the offers with the available tools
• Preparation of the offers taking into account commercial requirements.
• Compliance with the Bfo rules during the offer process
• Update of the calculation tools, calculation guidelines and standards.
• Active support of the sales team and coordination of the offer price.
• Recognize deviations from customer specifications and our system technology and list them in the offers.
• Coordination of the supply pipeline with the front office in the assigned country.
• Compliance with the process flows in accordance with the applicable quality requirements.
• Preparation of approval procedures in accordance with the approval guidelines.
• Plan and carry out the release process with operation
• Binding assessment of the calculation and recognition of discrepancies.
• Consideration of country-specific conditions
Required skills and experiences
• Technical knowledge of the automation product portfolio
• 3-5 years of professional experience in an extended specialist area
• MS Office products, calculation software, bFO
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
