The Power Quality unit is expanding, and our team sells, executes and service these groundbreaking technology to customers in the global market.
The Power Quality technologies (FACTS) enables power system owners to increase capacity in the existing power system while the electrical stability improves. As a result, more power reaches the customers at a minimal environmental impact, shorter project lead time and at lower investment costs.
Your responsibilities
You will be leading team of 15 members and one manger and developing a team of Sales Support Specialist (SPSs). The SPSs in turn lead tender teams, to which resources are appointed from a line organization to efficiently deliver the industry’s most competitive tenders, thus offering clear value to our customers. Our market is global hence we collaborate with colleagues from many countries and develop the opportunities and tenders together. A typical value of a project ranges from roughly $5M-50M.R
Accountability for the performance of the department within budget.
Responsible, together w the entire team, to deliver competitive tenders to the end customers.

Your background
You are driven, result oriented and have a strong interest in leadership and developing your team, as well as developing relations and co-operations with other stakeholders.
You are thorough, has a good knowledge of risk management, Terms & Conditions and contractual set-up’s
You are a natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
You hold a Bachelor or master’s degree in Power Systems or similar, although experience from a similar role and your personal qualities are more important than an academic degree.
To successfully take on this position, you need experience from managerial and/or tendering or sales roles in a global organization.
Experience from the transmission, EPC or steel industry is highly valuable.
Since you will be part of a global business, fluency in English is a must, written and spoken alike. Other language skills are highly valuable.
Financial skills are also important as well as an interest of our technology and customers’ requirements.
Structured ability to drive change in way of working and collaborative in nature.
