Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Terminological Conceptual and Information Modeling Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Define and thoroughly document essential concepts and their interrelationships.
Present and gain consensus on defined concepts and terminology with various stakeholders.
Identify and analyze the information requirements and needs of authorities and other relevant entities.
Collaborate with operational experts, information architects, informaticists, users, and relevant stakeholders to create information structures and descriptions, including conceptual and information models and associated code. These should adhere to existing international and national standards within the healthcare field.
Initiate efforts to align concepts and terminology with materials produced by other pertinent entities and with national and international standards within the healthcare domain.
Establish partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders to ensure that the produced content can be recognized as a national specification for exchanging information about care providers and social service providers.
Review and learn from the experiences of other countries in developing a national directory of care providers and social service providers.
What you bring:
Competence level 4 (9-12 years of experience).
At least five (5) years of experience in terminological conceptual and information modeling, following international and national standards in health, care, and welfare.
At least five (5) years of experience in interoperability and standardization in the healthcare sector.
At least five (5) years of experience in conducting investigations and workshops focused on informatics, conceptual and information modeling, involving multiple external stakeholders, such as other authorities, interest organizations, and relevant actors in healthcare and social services.
Desired Knowledge:
Knowledge of relevant international and national standards.
Familiarity with codes and classifications within healthcare and social services.
