In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead for your region the deployment of our new Salesforce.com Territory Management and Planning tools
Own for your region the Territory Planning yearly process with Sales Leaders to update Sales team territories: own the preparation of datasets and tests, coordinate, and execute annual Territory Planning reviews, including training sessions
Be a referent for your region for Territory Management: guide and advise sales leaders in the Planning phase, ensure Territories are properly set up and updated in a timely manner
Own detailed reporting and governance activities to optimize Cytiva Territory Management Process, produce ad-hoc territory performance analytics for leadership
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, commerce, or marketing with work experience
Fluent in English
Microsoft Office skills essential (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle Territory Management preferred.
Motivated, outcome driven, process-oriented, highly structure individual with strong data analytical skills; able to solve complex problems.
Communication and Influencing skills, able to interact professionally and present to various people in the organization while achieving our team goals
Team player with proven abilities to prioritize achieving common goal(s) within agreed deadlines.
