About the position
As a Territory Sales manager you will work in a technical environment and be responsible for a customer base within a defined geography in Sweden, but you will also be exploring other Nordic countries. You will work from home and spend most of your time visiting customers and distributors in this area. For the role, it is not decisive where in Sweden you live, however we assume that you have good travel connections in your immediate area. Travel including overnight stays is frequent occurrence.

Nordic ID develops and delivers innovative identification solutions utilizing latest RFID & IoT technologies and your role is to identify potential new customers and find new opportunities in existing accounts regarding these technical solutions. To reach sales targets, you follow up on leads acquired through marketing efforts and through local Brady distributors. You will coach the distributors´ sales teams and introduce them to new innovative products. Brady provides an ongoing training program to help you succeed and become an industry expert. You will be part of the European sales team including 11 motivated sales colleagues.

Main responsibilities for the position:

• Maintain and strengthen existing customer and distributor relationships through regular contact and timely follow up.
• Develop target accounts to gain new, long-term customers, independently and alongside partners.
• Initiate sales by scheduling appointments, presenting products and fully understanding your customer´s needs.
• Work closely with technical support, customer service, and inside sales to provide a great customer experience to both end-users and distributors.
• Identify, track, and report on regional market information, end-users, distributors, and competitors.

Important for the position:

• Bachelor´s degree or equivalent commercial experience, minimum three years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• A genuine interest and basic knowledge in technical solutions
• As a person you are curious, have a genuine appetite for learning and are open to coaching and on-the-job learning.
• You are a patient negotiator and you have strong verbal communication and diplomacy skills.
• You are organized and you can comfortably manage multiple tasks.
• You can work independently.
