Engineering & Supply (E&S) at Business Unit High Speed separators integrate the key component, disc stack Separator, into a complete solution including piping, process components and controls that fits into the customer process.

We are responsible for executing customer projects for food and life science applications. Serving such industries as Brewery, Beverage, Edible Oil, Biopharma & Industrial Fermentation and Ethanol, Starch & Sugar and many more.

About the Job

As Test and Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for a team dedicated to deliver on our customer commitments. The team consists of mechanical, electrical and automation test engineers, responsible for our testing activities in our FAT test stand and commissioning’s at Customer site worldwide. The group consists of 10 engineers, mix of direct reports & team leader.

Your main tasks
* Lead a team of dedicated professionals with the common vision to satisfy our customers.
* Interact with the full E&S and Alfa Laval organization.
* Secure that we have a competent, well sized, planned, and agile Test and Commissioning team.

Who You Are

You are naturally interested in the commercial side of the business which makes you customer focused and committed. You have high personal integrity and have great communication skills across procurement, project managers, engineers, order handling, shipping, finance, and workshop, you are structured, organized and you “walk the talk” and lead the way.

What you know

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and technical background and experience from working with customer projects.

A team focused mindset with proven leadership experience, motivated by leading and developing people.

Background in manufacturing of products and systems to the biopharma and food industry is meritorious

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are required

Your work approach is constructive, structured, holistic, and systematic
