We are passionate about delivering amazing software with ever increasing levels of quality. As an Agile organization we are transforming from traditional software releases to Continuous Delivery. We are currently seeking a Test Architect to assist us on this exciting journey.

As our Test Architect, you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of testing. You will drive the design and development of our test architecture including the test automation framework as well as being responsible for shaping our test strategy. The position requires close cooperation with our Release Management Team to ensure that each release is aligned with the test strategy as well as development teams translating strategy into executable test plans. As part of the architecture team, you will work closely together with development architects to ensure testability, maintainability and scalability of our software. You will report to the Chief Architect.

You have excellent technical skills and have mastered a wide range of technologies. It is likely that you have a background as a developer. You are an expert on industry-wide quality & test processes and practices, tools and techniques. As a technical leader we will expect you to be heavily involved in improving our daily processes and practices. You should be passionate about agile development, continuous integration and continuous delivery. Hands-on experience with these is very strongly preferred. Our ways of working are inspired by SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and experience of SAFe in complex software development environments is a significant advantage. Finally, you must have truly excellent communication skills and be highly effective when working with teams and individuals.
