Our team is focusing on testing what the driver interacts with. We test embedded systems and functions in areas such as infotainment and instrument cluster.
We are looking for a Test Architect that has a passion for software testing that will join our test group. You will lead, coordinate and create strategic goals for the testing and the continuous integration tool chain in the organisation. In this role, you will get the opportunity to work on the big picture, and at the same have the ability to dive into details.
The team’s responsibility is as follows:
• Perform function test, system test and acceptance test as in driving the truck
• Build and setup the CI/CD pipeline.
• Ensure that we have needed test equipment such as Hardware in the Loop (HIL) and Software in the loop (SIL)
Your new job
As a test architect your daily work is to
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction of CI/CD, Test Automation framework, test farm and test tools required.
• Define what type of test is needed for quality assurance from the requirements
• Create test estimations from the requirements
• Analyse possible impacts on the HIL/SIL harness from the requirements
• Set the overall quality of deliverables across all parameters, both functional and non-functional including performance, security, usability, etc.
• Pro-actively analyse current processes and practices and suggest/ drive improvements.
Your Profile
You have a long experience in software test lead, understating of the full software project lifecycle, knowledge of different test techniques/methodologies and ISTQB “Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst” or “Advanced Level Test Analyst” certification. You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc in the fields of embedded systems, mechatronics, computer science, electronics or similar along with relevant work experience. However, your attitude and eagerness to learn in a creative environment are most important.
