What’s in it for you?
The Audio Systems group is responsible for HW-, SW- and System development of all audio functionality in the cars. Apart from the sound systems (Head unit inhouse SW-development, amplifier and speakers) the responsibility also includes systems like ANC (Active Noise Control), Microphones, Bluetooth Handsfree and Exterior Sound for Hybrid/Electrical vehicles. Project Management and Audio Tuning is also part of the group’s responsibilities. Our daily work includes transforming ideas into innovations to meet the high standards of future vehicles. We apply the latest software development practices, and teams are supported with continuous integration frameworks and collaboration tools.

What will you do?
As a Test automation developer, you develop test framework for automated audio testing, develop and execute automated test cases in rigs as well as in cars. Due to the nature of sound some part of our test suite still requires manual testing but the aim is decrease the manual testing over time. As member in a team you will also contribute in the way we design the overall audio system for future cars

Do you fit the profile?
To be the right person for this role we see that you have experience of test automation development using Python and simulations. C/C++ is meritorious. Your academic background is a Master’s degree in Computer Science / Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics Eng. or equivalent. Experience in the audio domain will be a big asset.
