Assa Abloy is currently in an exciting transition phase as they prepare to integrate new solutions into their innovative door systems. To support this exciting development, Assa Abloy is expanding its automation team with a new position. They are now seeking a creative, driven, and self-motivated Test Automation Engineer who wants to contribute to building automated test solutions for their mobile applications on both iOS and Android.

You will be part of a dynamic R&D verification team and work with products related to their Business Segment Pedestrian (BSP). The main products include Sliding Doors, Swing Doors, Revolving Doors, and Security Entrance Doors. If you'd like to learn more, feel free to check out the video below!



This is a new role, which means you'll have the opportunity to influence the role description and shape it based on the creative and technical challenges you encounter.

Your responsibilities will include:

Driving Test Automation: Designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests for mobile applications (iOS and Android)

Developing Test Automation Frameworks: Establishing and developing structures for automated tests to ensure robust and scalable solutions

Writing Code for Test Automation: Working with programming languages to create scripts that test the application's functionality, stability, and performance

Collaborating in an Agile Team: Working closely with developers, product owners, and other team members to ensure requirements are clear and that testing is integrated early in the development process

Automating and Optimizing: Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery of testing processes to reduce manual testing and improve efficiency

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Extensive experience in developing and maintaining automated test solutions for mobile applications
- Someone who is proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle and has a good understanding of Agile methodology, leveraging tools to improve development and testing efficiency
- Good communications skills in both written and spoken english
- Understanding of the importance of documentation and quality

It is meritorious if you have
- Knowledge of relevant programming languages such as Python, C#, Kotlin and Swift
- Experience in leading or managing projects.
- Previous working experience with test tools for mobile applications, an example of such a tool is Appium
- Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
