As a Test Automation Lead you are passionate about testing practices that will join a fully empowered, autonomous and cross-functional team called Bug Busters that defines strategy and tests continuously our application stack manually and through test automation. You will work with multiple development teams that deliver product increments using agile methodologies in sprints in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
In this role you will consult with Project Managers, Solutions Leads, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners among other stakeholders to re-shape the way we approach test in our program to lead high quality deliverables to our internal as well external users.
You will be based in our Stockholm office, however you will work with colleagues remotely that are based in other countries. Occasional travel within Europe is anticipated.

Your main tasks:
· Drive transformation in our testing practices by implementing innovative concepts such as SAFe Built-In Quality (BDD, TDD and Think Test-First)
· Define test execution strategy for both agile and waterfall teams in a hybrid cloud environment, with both on-premise and cloud-based solutions
· Take full ownership of our manual and automated test execution phases to ensure successful outcomes by prioritizing quality and protecting timeline
· Continuously optimize our test automation architecture and tools, targeting to increase automation coverage and reduce lead time of execution cycle
· Act as a coach for multiple teams of test leads and test engineers allocated to different initiatives.
· Support our Solution Delivery Leads and RTEs and prioritize the right testing activities based on program roadmap
· Manage cross-team dependencies and resource allocation for test execution.
· Anticipate and mitigate risks/blockers related to manual and automated test execution
· Communicate and influence decisions by sharing risk/alternatives at the program forums for a collaborative decision making (Steering Committees, Scrum of Scrums, etc).
Qualifications:
· Experience driving test strategy in both agile and waterfall environments.
· Being self-sufficient in a very complex environment with ambiguity and multiple scrum teams
· Positive interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence individuals and teams rather than dictate.
· Solution oriented and experience driving end-to-end test automation.
· To be able to perform extensive long term planning and own the test automation strategy and roadmap
· To be resilient (can do and never give up mindset); fail, learn and adapt fast
· Preferable proven exposure to a Scale Agile environment
· Experience as a Tester and coding skills is a plus.
