Product Development Unit Cloud & Common develops Network Function Virtualization Infrastructure solutions with premier, market leading functionality, designed for efficient, reliable and secure operations. The headquarter is based in Kista (Stockholm - Sweden) but we also have development in Budapest - Hungary, Jorvas - Finland, Bangalore - India, Shanghai - China and Aachen - Germany.

Cloud Execution Environment (CEE) is one of the products developed within PDU Cloud & Common, which is offering simple, cost efficient and secure management of Virtual Network Function applications operating in Virtual Machine environments.

The CEE Verification & Release department is responsible for System Test of CEE non-functional requirements such as Robustness, Characteristics, Stability Upgradeability etc. Automation of System Test cases is a crucial part of our responsibility to secure repeatable broad test coverage and to ensure efficient delivery of high quality automated test cases on time we need an experienced Test Automation Leader. This role needs strong self-management skills, a strong drive and ability to multi-task as well as multi-cultural team management capabilities.

What you will do
Lead a geographically distributed team of Test Automation Developers
Lead development of CEE System Test Automation framework using JCAT and Java
Develop automated test cases in Java using JCAT
Collaborate with CEE System Test teams in Sweden, Hungary, China, India and Germany
Contribute to spreading competence in Test Automation and Java/JCAT development


You will bring
Education: B.Sc. or higher education in Computer Science or equivalent level of competence
Min years of experience: 5y or more technical work in Ericsson or comparable companies
Domain experience: 3y or more Java and JCAT development. Cloud (OpenStack, NFVi) or VNF experience, System Integration experience of Cloud solutions is a merit
Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
Business understanding of Telecom Operators and Service Providers
Working with people and networking
Innovating, adapting and responding to change
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Planning and Organizing
