Test Automation Specialist - Malmo, Hybrid

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Test Automation Specialist who will play a crucial role in supporting and mentoring our clients' development teams and contributing to their overall business success.
We are looking for a flexible and communicative individual who can effectively engage with both technical and business stakeholders. Your expertise in test automation will be instrumental in driving quality assurance within the banking domain.
What you'll do:
· Collaborate with development teams to ensure end-to-end test automation coverage
· Introduce new test automation capabilities and frameworks
· Fill temporary roles as a test automation engineer within development teams
· Provide automated validation functionality for configuration changes
· Support business stakeholders in achieving their automated validation needs
· Mentor and share knowledge with team members and stakeholders
Who you are:
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the Banking Domain
· Hands-on experience of at least 5 years in automating tests for API and UI using Cucumber BDD, Xray, CT Pipelines, Selenium, Appium, etc.
· SAFe certification and/or experience working in a SAFe organization
· Experience in security testing
· Proficiency in performance, load, duration, or similar testing
· Ability to configure and adopt tools for continuous testing pipelines
· Mentoring leadership approach to effectively share knowledge across the organization
