Test Coordinator - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Test Coordinator who is experienced in integration tests involving a lot of different systems and applications.

What you'll do:
● Synchronization/Coordination of teams in a large & complex setup with the mindset of only collaborators win.
● Together with product teams QA engineers ensure that Definition of ready and Definition of Done for each.
● Leading or participating in the development of test items or other materials used in testing and coordinating with other members of the testing team, including test designers and test developers.
● Working with clients to design tests that meet their specific needs and Participating in the creation of test plans, schedules, and protocols for testing events.
● Reviewing results and providing feedback to test developers on the validity of test designs and helping to develop and administer computer-based tests (CBTs) or online tests.
Who you are:
● Good knowledge in integration tests involving a lot of different systems and applications.
● Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to hire and grow talented Testing personnel.
● Understanding of defect reporting, version control, and configuration management best practices, along with different testing phase best practices and objectives (functional, system integration, UAT, performance.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Experience testing different application types (desktop, web, mobile) and different platforms (Windows, Linux, MacOS.
