This is what your new colleagues do
Electronic Hardware and Testing is a diversified, cross functional group, with responsibility spans from design of wire harness to system for our Industrial & Marine control as well as owning range of electrical power system components, Sensors and team developing test infrastructure HiLs to the teams in emerging areas like electro mobility both on land and Sea.
We now looking for you who is curious and have genuine interest in sustainability to be part of our growing team as System Test Engineer. Using both your knowledge and curiosity to find the best solutions together with your colleagues in EH&T.
What you will do
As a System Test Engineer you will be part of sub team which is owning marine controller ECU, you would be responsible for development of test cases and test plan for specified functionalities (part or complete end to end), Perform the verification of the component or each function as specified. You will be responsible for the first level of quality assurance and are expected to deliver supporting test results in the form of a detailed test report.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Understand existing and future requirements on test equipment and needed methods.
Developing and Executing Test cases at System, Integration & vehicle level (Manual/Automated).
Work in close cooperation with the Projects in order to understand the product development needs, and keep updated on the latest technologies.
Be part of the Global community
Identify equipment suppliers finding technical solutions and be part of the realization and commissioning of new equipment / upgrading existing rig
Prepare/update HIL rig Technical descriptions, specifications and act as advisor for the investment projects.
Perform pre-studies and benchmarking and choose the best solutions in accordance to quality, accuracy, reliability, maintainability and legal demands by working in close cooperation with equipment suppliers and networking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor / Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical engineering or equivalent education
2+ years experience preferably in Automotive Industry.
Well spoken and written English
