Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and procedures for our industrial products, including mechanical, electrical, and software components.
• Conduct thorough testing, analysis, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or defects.
• Design and develop test fixtures, jigs, and automated test systems to streamline the testing process and enhance efficiency.
• Perform various tests, including functional, performance, stress, and reliability testing, to ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Document test results, create detailed reports, and maintain accurate records of test procedures, methodologies, and equipment calibration.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize testing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to testing methodologies and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master´s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Test Engineer in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with programming languages and scripting tools for test automation (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Swedish resident and Swedish work permit.

Meritorious

Experience with Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, or other quality improvement methodologies is desirable.
