Test Engineer

Scope of Role:
As a Test Engineer - Verification Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the next generation Test Framework and Test Methods. Your primary focus will be analyzing and converting Test Case and Requirements for the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing as well as Vehicle Testing. The team that you will be part of will be responsible for analyzing, document and structure of the test cases. The validation and actually testing will be done by another team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Review all the requirements for current and upcoming Vehicle platform with requirement owners.
· Ensure that requirements are written in a way that allows verification through testing for Locking, Alarm functions.
· Review existing test cases for current platform and check their reusability for upcoming platform where applicable.
· Define the parts of test cases that need to be updated for future vehicle platform project in accordance to the requirements.
· Collaborate with requirement owners to develop the test system that consists of: Test cases, Test Methods, Test rig Enablers, Test Environment, Asset under tests.

Desired Skills:
· Bachelor's degree/Master degree in Electronics, Computer Science Engineering
· Experience in working with Requirements, defining test cases in Automotive Domain.
· Hands on Experience with Requirements Management tools like Doors, SystemWeaver or Polarion, experience working with Atlassian JIRA.
· Good Experience on working with Door, Alarm, Tailgate ECUs and their functionalities.
· Sound knowledge in working with Locking and maneuvering functions of above ECUs.
· Strong knowledge in understanding assets/methods needed to perform defined test cases.
· Good communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
