Test Engineer

As a Test Engineer you will be part of our test team with responsibility for the testing of our products before delivery.Typical tasks include test execution, configuring and maintaining a (partly automated) test environment and interpreting requirements.You will be based in Stockholm, and perform testing for both internal deliveries and external projects.We are looking for someone with a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, or equivalent, and relevant experience of professional application testing.You should be self-motivated as a person and like working in a technical environment.Because of our international market, a client oriented attitude and good communication skills in English are key factors to become a successful test engineer.Since most of our customers are located outside Sweden, you will have great opportunities to travel and work abroad for a period of time.Qualifications: .Strong desire for quality and attention to details .Installation and maintenance of UNIX and Windows based systems..Trouble shooting skills .Shell scripting skills.Primarily for test automation and execution, but also troubleshooting existing programs..Ability to interpret customer requirements and create test cases, for performance, usability and functional as well as system requirement .Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent .Good communications skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken..Comfortable in technically complex environments Any additional native language skills are considered meriting.Interested?Please include your CV, scanned copies of your degree and marks, and the abstract from your thesis, if applicable.Ardendo always practices probationary employment.NOTE!Use "Test Engineer" as subject in your mail.We look forward to hearing from you!
