Test Engineer – Malmö

We are currently seeking an experienced Test Engineer (manual tester with test automation skills) for an assignment with our client.

Scope of the Assignment:
In this role, you will assist the client with various testing activities, such as:
– Ensuring that acceptance criteria are testable and unambiguous.
– Designing test cases and scenarios.
– Executing tests and creating/maintaining regression test suites.
– Reporting defects to ensure the quality of the new D365 Finance and Operations platform.
Preferred Technologies & Skills:
– Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
– Test automation tools
– Test design techniques
– Skilled in writing test cases and test scripts
– Ability to estimate, design, develop, and execute test cases
– Ensuring that acceptance criteria are testable and unambiguous
– Azure DevOps
– Experience with other Azure Services
– Experience with other similar tools and technologies is also of interest.
Main Tasks in the Assignment:
As part of the team working on the Core digital retail offering, you will help improve the technical foundation by developing the D365 Finance and Operations platform, catering to several business areas. To ensure a stable platform, the focus will be on automating tests for various scenarios.
You will collaborate with product and platform teams to understand their needs and requirements, translating them into relevant test cases. These test cases will be integrated into different environments to ensure quality. You will guide the teams on what is feasible and optimal to automate and what needs to be manually tested, ensuring the best possible balance of testing.

End Date: March 31, 2025 (likely to be extended)
Location: Malmö
Workload: Full-time (100%)
Remote: Yes, but expected to work onsite 2-3 days a week.
