We are looking for a test engineer to the Systems testing department, part of the Product Verification Division within Technology at Volvo Construction Equipment in Eskilstuna.

We work with a variety of machines for a wide range of applications across the construction industry globally. We perform NVH measurements and analyses on complete machines and components.
Workscope.


You will work in a small, dedicated team dealing with planning, preparation, performing and analysis of NVH tests, mainly on wheel loaders. We are involved in all stages of the development and lifecycle of our products.
The position gives possibilities for a wide contact network both within Volvo and with external suppliers and service providers.


Qualifications and experience
You have an academic degree in engineering, M.Sc. or equivalent, including NVH
You have worked with or have a practical interest in mechanics
It is desirable that you have experience of work in the NVH area
It is desirable with work experience from construction machinery
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and you either speak Swedish or you are eager to learn.

Personality


You have a technical interest and are practically inclined. You are well organized. You like collaborating with others and working as part of a team, but you can also work independently defining your own schedule and plans. You have good communication skills, verbally as well as written. You have a flexible approach and a problem-solving mindset.
