It is a bold and exciting journey with no finite end. Our innovative spirit and determination are what keep us going until we reach the science-based targets that Scania, as one of the pioneers of the industry, has proudly committed to.
Are you looking for technical challenges to develop your skills now and over time?
Our electrification journey is accelerating, and the electrification of transmissions has a key role to play within this transition. Our group, which is responsible for electric machine development, is looking for curious and committed minds who want to be involved in discovering new solutions together. With us, you'll have the opportunity to both learn new technologies and acquire a large network within Scania. You'll be working in an agile environment where you'll have the chance to have a major impact on both technology and working methods. For us in the group, openness and mutual trust are important, that's how you create a pleasant work environment.
