Description
The job holder will be responsible for quality assurance and testing of automated door products. You have knowledge about electronics, mechanics and using software for doing automated testing. You are comfortable to prepare and perform system tests. You will have a central role in the projects with planning and execution of test. Participate to drive continuous development of testing methods, specifications, and processes. You see yourself as a self-motivated, analytic person with a high drive and passion.
Ideally, you would also have experience working in a multinational company with colleagues in many different countries. To be successful in this role you have a degree in engineering (M, E or D) and 5 years of broad experience of the testing craftsmanship within electromechanical products and systems. As part of the product verification team, you are to ensure that we guide R&D towards the right quality level at launch to increase the competitiveness of the clients products.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Has worked with testing of electromechanical products and systems with built in software.
- Mechanical work comes easy for.
- Understands electronics and can perform trouble shooting.
- Has experience with C#, python, or similar programming language.
- Has experience in product certification and product compliance process.
- Understands product related technologies, such as CAN, BLE, sensors, etc.
- Used single board microcontroller/computer (e.g., Raspberry Pi and Arduino)
- Has no problem communicating in written and spoken English.
