We are looking for a Test Factory Expert, to coordinate and secure quality in Verification & Validation tests within the Development & Engineering organization.
Test Factory & Modeling belongs to the Systems Engineering & Quality (SE&Q) organization that lead end-to-end technical planning and system solution integration to ensure quality and deliverables in-line with the company strategy. Within the Test Factory & Modelling organization we have four Test Factories and one Modelling team.

Specifically, the Test Factory teams are:
· Securing quality in our products and solutions by providing Verification & Validation (V&V) capabilities
· Responsible for test resources, test equipment and test facilities
· Developing, and own, the common V&V concept, to be applied across the development organization
· Executing V&V strategies and plans for multiple Programmes and strategic initiatives
· Continuously improving the test process and test engineering competences

What you will do


The Test Factory Tube filled team is now looking for a new Test Factory Expert that can take to responsibility to secure the verification and validation need from our Programs. In this role you will plan, coordinate and facilitate test activities cross Test Factory. The focus areas will be tests associated to filling and distribution equipment. You will participate in Tetra Pak’s journey towards more sustainable solutions, both when it comes to equipment solutions, but also from a material and system perspective. You will also be able to influence and support the V&V strategies of the different development teams and be involved in sprint reviews and planning sessions.

You will focus on:
· Plan and coordinate test from internal stakeholders, both short-term and long-term.
· Drive test readiness meetings to secure a successful execution and valuable results used for decisions.
· Lead the Test Engineers daily agenda to deliver according to test specification.
· Conclude in sign-off meetings, outcome of test and secure that equipment is back in basic conditions.
· Support and guide development teams to perform verification and validation in an optimal way.

You have a strong collaborative approach and build successful relations with the stakeholders and teams you are interacting with. We believe that you are a flexible person that is open to change. If needed, you are able to drive constructive discussion regarding prioritizations, challenge test request and test results.

As Test Factory Expert you are genuinely interested in Verification and Validation methodology and continuously looking for opportunities to improve way-of-working. Furthermore, you have some years working experience from system verification and validation, preferably in a development organization.

Fluency in speaking and writing English is required. You have a University degree or other relevant education.
