Test Framework Architect - Altran

Altran is now looking for you who are an experienced Test Framework Architect to our office in Gothenburg where our HQ is also based.
As an Test Framework Architect you will be responsible for:
· Designing test frameworks for test automation and testing in general
· Directing and coordinating the implementation of test automation and other test tools
· Designing test environments
· Designing CI / CD pipelines
· Providing guidance on the selection of the most effective test design techniques in a given situation
· Providing guidance on technical types of testing such as performance testing and security testing
· Designing methods for the creation of test data
· Coordinating testing with release processes
To fulfil this role you need to have:
Deep knowledge and understanding of test frameworks
Worked with at least one complete project as a Test Framework Architect
Great interpersonal skills and objectively be able to choose between alternates available
Good problem solving skills and knowledge of automotive domain is a plus
Required competency
10+ years of experience
Must have led at least one project to completion as an Framework Architect
Automation and framework development experience for an automotive system will be an added plus
Good knowledge in Python and C# or Java or C++
Knowledge in CI/CD tool chains and pipelines
Knowledge of Robot framework or similar automation framework is an added advantage
Experience in test automation will be an plus
Experience in infotainment testing will be a plus

General Requirements
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
An agile mind-set
Good cooperating and team working skills. Additional emphasis will be placed on spirit, social skills and social sensitivity (communication and empathy).
