Located in Västerås, Sweden, the position will be part of our Engineering Division and will report to the Head of Test Integration Management.

SCOPE OF THE ROLE
-Establish, drive and lead the test organization and test strategy for all test types (e.g. functional integration, electrical integration, mechanical related testing, software testing, vehicle type testing, etc.), within the project.
-Own the Test Integration Management (TIM) budget and ensure compliance with TIM processes within the project. Assure harmonization of all TIM planning parts within the project.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES & CHALLENGES
-Management of TIM team in order to secure the delivery of committed TIM results in a timely manner, with the right quality and within the planned project budget;
-Leading of the TIM core team within the project and coordination with the TIM relevant interface functions (including but not limited to: TCMS, Functional Architecture, Systems Engineering, Testing);
-Alignments and coordination with the project leading functions (PM and PE), and with the Head of TIM function;
-Assuring frequently TIM planning updates including impact analysis if delays visible;
-Reporting and improvement proposals on processes, tasks and planning activities to achieve time and budget optimization within the project;
-Continuous improvement within TIM organization, processes and systems.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
-We welcome candidates with at least 5 years of previous experience as Technical Lead, Technical Project Manager, Testing Coordinator and/or Manager or other similar;
-Knowledge, previous work experience and proven expertise in at least 2 testing areas (functional integration, electrical integration, mechanical related testing, software testing, vehicle type testing, etc.);
-Experience with KPI definition, testing activities planning and budgeting, testing coordination
-Previous experience with people management directly and indirectly (within a project), excellent communication skills and flexibility
-Good business understanding (preferably within the railway sector), high drive for results and good negotiation and influencing skills;
-Language skills: English and Swedish (fluent) ? mandatory; others will be a plus;
-BSc and/or MSc in Engineering (preferably in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Electrical).
