Senior System Test Lead – AD/ADAS

 At our department of Autonomous Drive and Active Safety Functions we design, integrate, and verify the complete vehicle solution for autonomous cars and active safety functions.  Autonomous drive has the potential to fundamentally change how cars are used and are part of our society. As a member of the AD/ADAS Domain System Engineering team you will contribute to the team purpose to take the lead in safe, customer valued and purposeful functions for Advanced Driver Assistance systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD). The responsibility, communal with the team, is to develop and launch a robust and safe, world-class functionality.
What will you do?
We are looking for a senior System Test leader who will lead the complete AD/ADAS system testing.
You and your team understand and analyze the complete AD/ADAS system from sensors to actuators. The system testing is the fundament of the AD/ADAS verification and validation activities.
We think you are a person that has a strong interest, even a passion for AD/ADAS, and wants to be part of the big shift into autonomous driving and new customer experiences.
You get energy from being close to the end customer product and you feel satisfaction in securing a working system, which enables testing of AD/ADAS customer function behavior on a test track or on a normal road.
You will be leading a cross functional team where you will contribute with your systematic mindset for structuring complex problems into manageable tasks.
You’ve several years of experience from testing, and maybe also development, and you can relate the code level to the complete AD/ADAS system level and the impact for the end customer. You feel confident in using SIL, HIL and even vehicles to achieve a fully tested AD/ADAS system. 
The team is not only responsible for performing testing, but also for defining System Test strategies that scales over time. With your experience, you can lead this work, which means you also need an understanding of how the different AD/ADAS functions work and their needs in different vehicle programs. In this process you collaborate closely with other teams at VCC and at our partners, and you have fun every day!
You should feel confident about most of the following key words to be a good fit for this position: Automotive Diagnostics, Robot framework, CANalyzer/CANoe, DSpace, Python, C++, Gtest, Zuul/Jenkins, XCP and System Safety (ISO26262).  
A cross-functional and collaborative way of working is natural for you to reach high quality results in time. You are a committed and trusted team worker, and you also get energized by leading others with your leadership skills.
Do you fit the profile?
We believe that you have:
•    experience from testing advanced systems in the automotive industry 
•    experience from AD/ADAS is preferable
•    experience from coding
•    leadership competence and experience and you are known for your ability to get many teams to work towards a common goal.
•    MSc degree in Systems, control and mechatronics, Data Science, Computer engineering, Engineering Physics or equivalent from experience
•    fluent in English, spoken and written
