Test Lead- Automotive

Swedium the growing is Global System Engineering and Solution Company, offers services like Engineering R & D Services, Embedded Systems, custom application development, Onsite Consultancy and Testing Services to clients across the globe for onsite and offshore business model. We provide industry solutions to our customer through our dedicated development center in Bangalore (India) and Stockholm (Sweden).


We are looking for Test Lead from Automotive background. You will work in an Agile team. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for helping your team members with the technical aspects of their jobs. You will also explain new projects to the team and troubleshoot any problems that occur.

10+ years of work experience as a developer or a tester from an Automotive background.
A minimum of 3+ years of recent experience in handling a team.
Good experience in following Agile practices in the team, like Scrum.
You should have impressive leadership skills in order to motivate and guide your team members.
You should have good communication skills in order to give clear instructions and set expectations.
