Vattenfall IT is an internal IT full-service provider serving the entire Vattenfall Group. As a full-service IT provider our goal is to excel in delivering efficient IT services and solutions. We are more than 1000 employees located in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands and Poland. We are now looking for a Test Lead to join our team. This role is placed in Asset IT enables Vattenfall Asset businesses with IT solutions.
This role will enable you to grow into a role as Test Lead and to be a part of the Dev-Ops journey where we emerge the system and project into and agile product.

Your responsibilities
As a Test Lead for BÄST, you will be responsible of leading our team of testers for the workforce management product BÄST.
Your tasks will include:
- Being the single point of contact regarding Test in BÄST, both internal and with our external supplier.
- Ensure a great cooperation with acceptance test team
- Making sure that test cases are started for both test and regression testing
- Participate in system testing
- Collaboration with the product team and product management
- Responsibility of test meetings and test protocols
- Reporting of test results to the BÄST decision team (Business & IT)
- Driving development of the test process and formalizing an agile test process with focus on product
- Act and drive for more automated testing
- Driving great cooperation with Vattenfall IT:s test center to gain best practice and implement in your test team


Your qualifications as a Test Lead
We believe that you have/are:
* Fluent in English and have good knowledge in Swedish (spoken and written)
* Good knowledge about workforce management systems
* Knowledge about Vattenfall IT and the organization
* ISTQB Foundation Certification
* Knowledge and experience of Azure dev ops test plan
* Favorable: University degree or apprenticeship completed IT technician, or/ and economics or similar in IT
* 3 - 7 years relevant work experience in IT, general system knowledge
* Experience in Microsoft Office other office tools.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills, presentation skills and organization skills.
* Dev-Ops experience
