Our team’s purpose is to harmonize the global IT landscape for Wholesale & Retail Administration by adapting Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ultimate goal is of course to have happy users who can use the power of software and data to make better decisions and, ultimately, support Scania’s journey in driving the shift towards sustainable transport solutions. To get there, we need to work together to find the best solutions for Scania and work with continuous improvements in our ways of working.

Since we are working with a big ERP system, we would appreciate someone with a creative, agile mind to help us finding ways at improving our way of working together with our IT and business colleagues. You have an understanding of IT and ERP systems, and therefore you have a good appreciation of the challenges the members of the team face on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

We’re currently looking for a Test lead to join the D365 development team and support us in our agile journey, improve our test strategy, environment strategy, processes and way of working etc..

As a test lead, you are expected to work closely with the development and test team to help plan the tests, mitigate risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for the plan within each release, defining the scope, test report, approach and schedule. You will have a central role in our quality assurance squad, supporting the other squads/teams and make sure we deliver in time and with the highest quality.

Below are some of the daily activities:


• Reviewing FDD:s (Functional Design Documents) in regards of test scripts/cases/scenarios.
• Participate in daily standups with all squads to help mitigate any deviations in testing
• Actions to find bottlenecks to prevent incidents to happen.
• Educate/support teams to use the Tricentis Tosca tool
• Be responsible for the different environments and the strategy

We work in quite a complex environment, both regarding the organisation and the system. There are lots of dependencies between the different modules and areas within Dynamics and we have many stakeholders with different requirements. While we try to keep it as standardized as possible, there is a fine line to find what should be customized and what shouldn’t.

Basic Qualifications


• 5+ years of experience in Project management/Test management
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks.
• Currently in a role as Project manager/Test lead
• Knowledge of RSAT and task recordings
• The work environment is international and our corporate language is English.

• RSAT (Regression suite automation tool)
