Test Lead for Point of Sales (POS) /Software Engineer

Job Description
The test team is responsible for UAT testing of POS application and other connected areas: payments, EFT, fiscal and legal requirements, and internal integrated systems like SAP. The Test lead will have a global role working with 60+ countries, 4300+ stores and having more than 100,000 users across the world. You will be working closely with our business and tech organization to make our POS system the best in class.
As a Test lead you are working with 60+ Countries covering day to day with QA/test in our POS (Point of sales) area, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and coaching our test team that is based in Stockholm, working with several POS solutions including staff tills and self-checkouts in our stores.
Coordinating internal requirements towards our global POS vendors and improving existing processes internally and externally.
Close collaboration with internal areas; payments, EFTs, fiscal and legal.
Planning and coordinating end to end UAT testing.
Prioritizing testing according to business needs.
Managing good relationships with stakeholders internally as well as externally.
Identifying improvement areas, implement and measure new ways of working.
Defining KPIs and related metrics to measure high quality deliveries and integrations externally and internally.
Exploring opportunities to improve and contribute to cross-team and organizational enhancements
Maintaining proper test documentation.


Qualifications
We are looking for a Test Lead with experience in:
Leading teams
Working with suppliers
UAT and test automation, hands on testing
Testing POS, EFT and similar, fiscal knowledge is a plus
Jira, Confluence and Miro

You also have:
Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions
Self motivated and solution oriented approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and handle multiple priorities
Experience in improving and implementing new processes with internal teams as well with suppliers and measuring and improving KPIs together with suppliers

It is good if you have experience with Point of sales systems, payment providers or fiscal and legal complex integrations.
