Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Lead for Regulatory Reporting to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Coordination and planning of end-to-end tests, integration tests, and external tests.
Creation of documents such as test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and status reports.
Planning and cooperation with different business and test teams within the reporting domain.
Ensure that test data requirements are up to date.
Take part in various meetings (stand-up, planning, requirement, etc.).
You will be reporting to the SI6 QA Manager.

What you bring:
Strong leadership skills, excellent communicator, and fluent in English.
Collaborative with excellent coordination skills, ready for hands-on work when needed.
At least 6 years of experience as a test lead, preferably within the banking and finance sector.
Good understanding of agile software development methodologies.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/science or a similar field is beneficial.
Passion for testing and the quality aspects of software development.
Preferably experienced in leading and coordinating tests in large complex environments.
Good understanding of Waterfall and Agile software delivery methodologies.
Practical knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Experience working hands-on, with a good command of testing tools and frameworks.
